Sol’s place is very comfortable with everything you need for a long stay and a huge and comfy bed. Alex and Bertha were extremely helpful – they took me shopping on my very first day even though I came around 9 PM. Alex responded to every message quickly. They have a house cleaned 2-3 times a week and bedsheets changed every week. Whenever I needed something, they tried to help me out with that – provided me the charger for my phone for the whole month, also, brought me a scale so I can weigh my luggage on my way home. I recommend this place and I will definitely stay here if I come to Miami again.

nice area, parking is limited with everything around & roaches come & go but overall a decent place

My stay was mostly comfortable throughout the trip, and the owner was very communicative and accommodating. Unfortunately, the noise from the neighbors was what made my trip less than desirable. A few nights during my stay, the noise from the outside was basically unfiltered and I had trouble sleeping. Some nights there were loud noises at 3 in the morning and the wall wasn’t soundproof at all. Otherwise a spectacular service and stay. I suppose for the price it was a worthwhile stay.

Clean, private, quiet and safe. Would recommend.
